What an awesome experience working with Amy. After looking at many houses, we finally found our “home.” She encouraged us to never settle and to wait for the right one. We did and are so happy. She’s the absolute best!
I have found her, sort of, randomly, I mean, not by any reference. I got a poster in my mailbox. In the second attention period, not sure what (neither I analyzed it later), but it caught my attention. I called her the next day morning and discussed my needs. I wanted to sell a land. She researched it and listed it at the best price possible. Even I was ready to settle at a lesser price point but she was not. Rest is history. It didn't sell easily but she never gave up. Once we got an offer pretty close to what was listed, she advised us not to accept anything lower and finally, it was sold. It took time indeed. During the course of selling, she has done many more things that are beyond her responsibilities, including filling out all paperwork and presenting me at the county court to negotiate property tax. I don't want to give any more personal details for the public read, I will conclude by saying that she is my go-to person for all my real estate needs, and I have not met her personally yet.
I can't praise Amy enough. We had a tough time renting 4 new apartment units, and Amy swooped in and had us at 100% occupancy, on a 3 year term, within a week. Now that's success. Thanks, Amy Scott.
